Our Services
APPBuild provides the following services:
Converting websites into Android WebView APP applications.
Publishing apps to the Google Play Store on behalf of clients.
App customization, branding, splash screens, and feature integration.
APK updates and re-builds for existing orders.
Technical support for delivered applications.
We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any service at any time without prior notice.
Client Responsibilities
Provide accurate website URL and complete requirements at the time of order.
Ensure the website content complies with Google Play Store policies.
Not submit websites containing illegal, harmful, or copyrighted content without authorization.
Provide necessary credentials (Google account, Play Console access) when required for Play Store publishing.
Review and approve the delivered APK within 7 days of delivery.
Ensure the website is live and accessible at the time of APP build.
Payment Terms
Payment is required before each APK/APP build or update is processed.
All prices are in Indian Rupees (INR) and inclusive of applicable taxes.
Payments are processed securely via Razorpay (UPI, Cards, Net Banking).
Once a build is paid, re-downloads of that specific build are free.
APKBuild is not responsible for Razorpay payment gateway failures or delays.
Intellectual Property
All APK/APP files, source code, and assets developed by APPBuild remain our intellectual property until full payment is received. Upon full payment, the delivered APK/APP is transferred to the client for their use.
Clients retain full ownership of their original website content and assets.
Limitation of Liability
APPBuild shall not be held liable for:
Google Play Store rejection of the submitted app.
Loss of data or revenue resulting from app use.
Issues arising from the client's website downtime, errors, or content changes.
App malfunction caused by changes made to the client's website after APK/APP delivery.
Any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.
Governing Law
These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Warangal, Telangana.
