Eligible for Refund

The delivered APP does not function as per the agreed requirements.
We are unable to complete the APP build due to technical limitations on our end.
Duplicate payment was made by mistake.
Refund request raised within 7 days of APP delivery.
Not Eligible for Refund
✗ Non-Refundable Cases
Refund request raised after 7 days of APP delivery.
Change of mind after the build has been initiated.
Issues caused by the client's website (broken links, server errors, website down, etc.).
APP built successfully but client dissatisfied with Google Play Store policies.
App malfunction due to changes made to the client's website after APP delivery.
Partial refunds are not provided for completed builds.
Refund Process

Contact us via email or WhatsApp with your order ID, payment reference, and reason for refund.

Our team will review your request within 2 business days.

If approved, refund will be processed to your original payment method (UPI/Card/Net Banking) within 5–7 business days via Razorpay.

You will receive a confirmation via email or WhatsApp once the refund is initiated.
